As well as working in Africa, we want to work with children and young people close to home. Our UK sports and activity camps – King’s Camps – provide physical and emotional stimulation for thousands, but there are some young people who are extremely vulnerable and find themselves in disadvantaged situations, we also want to use sport to make a difference to their lives.
Equipped with 15 years of expertise, experience and connections in the area of sports outreach, we are committed to providing high quality sports based programmes that will have a hugely positive impact on at risk young people and the communities they live in.
We welcome the opportunity to work in partnership with local care agencies such as social services, government education and youth departments and police authorities to provide a structured sports and educational programme for disengaged young people during their school holidays.
We are in an ideal position to act as a delivery agent to agencies such as the Youth Inclusion Support Panels and Youth Offending Teams. By working in partnership with these agencies, we can ensure that the young people who are most in need are targeted.
